Preparation for Cooking

  • Defrost the package at room temperature
  • Bring water to a boil with green onion and ginger
  • Remove shark's fin from package and place in boiling water
  • Keep boiling for 15-20 minutes or until fins are soft
  • Take out the fins and place in cold water to cool down
  • Drain water. Mix fins with chicken soup and bring to a boil.
  • Serve and enjoy!
