Preparation for Cooking

Defrost the package at room temperature
-
Bring water to a boil with green onion and
ginger
-
Remove shark's fin from package and place
in boiling water
-
Keep boiling for 15-20 minutes or until fins
are soft
-
Take out the fins and place in cold water
to cool down
-
Drain water. Mix fins with chicken soup and
bring to a boil.
-
Serve and enjoy!
